Old olive mill house ruin, for reconstruction, with terrain and a stream, located on an isolated valley, where peace and tranquility are sovereigns, and only 15 minutes away from Oleiros. 
An idyllic location in harmony with nature, with an extense piece of land for crops and fruit trees included. The terrain has 4940 square meters, with plain ground, with it´s stream running with abundant water all year round. 
The whole ruin has quite a strong rustic character, dating as far as 1873, measuring 85 square meters in it´s full area, and represents a wonderful opportunity for reconstruction.
The access is done by a dirt road and advisable for 4x4 vehicles.
