I have been in Retail sector and Customer service industry for over 20 years and have met very few \u201cRemarkable\u201d people who I can never forget for their passion and outstanding Customer Service. One of them is Mr Fernando Fernandes from Esfera Real (Portugal). I was thoroughly impressed by Fernando\u2019s gentle and focused approach right from day one. Fernando was highly responsive and professional right from Viewing the property, negotiating the price, and all they way to completion of the Purchase. He has a great team of professionals from Solicitors to Contractors etc and they are all extremely professional and helpful. The most amazing thing is that Fernando made it possible to buy the property in just one visit to Portgual, as everything else was done through emails and phone conversations. We had never visited Portugal before our first visit in June 2021 and upon our return, with the help of Fernando and his team, we managed to buy the property without needing to make a second visit (although, I am looking forward to be able to visit soon) and insure it, and also managed to get Architectural design ready for renovation. Dream coming true during Pandemic. June 2021 I have just bought a property in Portugal, Vila Facaia to be my holiday home and soon my retirement home. Me and my partner are overwhelmed by the hospitality we received from Esferareal, in particular Fernando. The motto of this company is clearly 'nothing is too much nor impossible'. Not only did Fernando inform us of the necessary information regarding the land we have purchased but he went above and beyond with welcoming us to Portugal and the necessary steps to buying land and becoming first time residents here. So far we have purchased three different properties through Esfereal. The level of service and the knowledge of all aspects of the sales outstrips anything we encountered in the US or the UK! Gloria knows how to get the ducks in order and how to hide the process along so that we had clear titles by the time e returned to England. Further she acts as our project manager\/power of attorney mother hen for the complete refurbish\/building works on two very large projects. Bought a nice property close to Pedr\u00f3g\u00e3o Grande. We where surprised for all the help we got from Gloria and Carlos. Of course it is their job to sell houses and properties. But they really helped us with all other kind subjects, to give us a complete image what we dealing with. Until they end, we felt secure and honestly treated. I have been hugely impressed with the wonderful service offered by esferareal. Carlos has made the whole process of buying a little place in Portugal an absolute dream - really easy! He dealt with everything via email and phone calls and when we arrived to buy the house he devoted two days to us, taking us to the lawyers, council offices, bank, electricity, so that the whole process to a non-Portuguese speaker ran smoothly.
