Dream coming true during Pandemic. June 2021 I have just bought a property in Portugal, Vila Facaia to be my holiday home and soon my retirement home. I bought a house listed with Gloria from Esfereal. It turned out to be a bank repossession with a complicated history and disjointed paperwork. Gloria was an absolute star , guiding us through the purchase and keeping us appraised of the situation all the time. Even offering to translate for us at the Camara after the purchase had gone through. Full marks!

Gloria and Carlos were the model of professionalism throughout the process. Helping with the house and car insurance especially. Further she acts as our project manager/power of attorney mother hen for the complete refurbish/building works on two very large projects. I have been hugely impressed with the wonderful service offered by esferareal. Carlos has made the whole process of buying a little place in Portugal an absolute dream - really easy! He dealt with everything via email and phone calls and when we arrived to buy the house he devoted two days to us, taking us to the lawyers, council offices, bank, electricity, so that the whole process to a non-Portuguese speaker ran smoothly.
